Patcher Kucha Talk

Hosted by MESO Digital Interiors´ Max Wolf in a cozy lounge atmosphere, the so called Patcher Kucha evenings proved to be a highlight at the Node festival in 2008. In the Patcher Kuchas you'll have the opportunity to provide an insight into your work, to meet and talk about tech, tunes and rock 'n' roll.

“Patcher Kucha” deduces by “Pecha Kucha”, a presentation technique which was developed by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham in Tokyo. While basically loving Tokyo, Max is typically dropping all the rigid twenty by twenty rules and allows the speakers to talk in whatever way they want. The origin of “Patcher” can be found in the vvvv universe. In vvvv programs are called “patches”, a vvvv user is commonly called a “Patcher”.

As in NODE08 these nights quickly emerged to be a popular and well visited meeting point for interested people of the creative industries, we decided to bring it back this year.
